Secure checkout
Orders are paid through Shopify's encrypted checkout using the payment options displayed for your order. Kasupp LLC does not receive or store your complete payment-card number on this storefront.
Authorization and charges
By submitting an order, you authorize the stated total and confirm that you are permitted to use the payment method. A provider may place an authorization hold before capture. Failed authorization, inconsistent billing details, or fraud screening can delay or prevent acceptance of an order.
Prices, taxes, and currency
Prices are displayed in the storefront currency unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated or displayed before order submission. Your bank may impose conversion, international, or other fees that are not charged by Kasupp LLC.
Discounts and promotions
Automatic and code-based promotions apply only when checkout confirms eligibility. Any current offer, its qualifying products, and its expiry are shown on the storefront or in the promotion itself. Restrictions on combining discounts may apply, and taxes and shipping are not included in percentage discounts unless expressly stated.
Subscriptions
Where a product offers Subscribe & Save, you authorize a recurring charge at the frequency and price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can skip, reschedule, or cancel at any time from your account before the next order enters fulfillment. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
Errors and canceled orders
If a material pricing or product error affects an order, we may contact you, correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected amount. A payment authorization may take additional time to disappear after cancellation depending on the provider.
Refunds and disputes
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to our Refund Policy. Provider posting times vary. Please contact us first about a charge or order concern so we can investigate — most issues are resolved faster directly than through a bank dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment misuse may result in order cancellation or account restriction.
