I feel like this product has really made a difference in my bodybuilding regime. its doesn't make as huge of a difference as a some other supplements, but if you have tired a lot of techniques to get over a hump and you can't, you can use this to get over it.

• Of course they can. There isn't any gender specific ingredients in Animal Nitro.

Is there a powder version?

• Currently, Universal Nutrition does not make a powder version of this product.

When Should I Take Animal Nitro?
